    Introducing

the new Maki Bar: a fresh, contemporary take on Japanese dining with bold flavour at its core.

    Maki Bar

A Japanese hand-roll bar built for the rhythm of the city.

Maki Bar is a modern Japanese hand-roll bar inspired by the cult dining scenes of Los Angeles and Tokyo and designed for the pace of Sydney.

Guests sit at a 20-seat counter and enjoy a fixed menu of hand rolls served fresh, warm, and crisp, one by one, directly from the chef.

The experience is fast-casual but elevated. Premium ingredients, clean design, efficient flow, and the right energy.

Each location is designed for high-density CBD sites like Bridge Street and Martin Place, targeting office workers, commuters, and locals who want quality without compromise.

The concept combines Japanese precision with Sydney speed, creating a category-defining experience that is as much about rhythm and design as it is about food.
